At Medlen & Carroll, LLP we are committed to providing quality service at competitive rates. We are aware of our clients' concerns about cost containment and budgetary constraints, so we tailor our services to their individual needs.

We offer reasonable hourly rates and alternative fee arrangements (such as "project/flat-fee" billing and "not-to-exceed" estimates on more individualized projects). For routine tasks, we have adopted a fixed fee schedule and unlike many other law firms, we do not add a "service charge" to these tasks.

Invoices are due upon receipt and include an additional charge of 5% of the fees to cover costs for telephone calls, facsimiles, postage and in-house photocopying. We do, however, offer a 2% credit on professional services on advance and early payments (e.g., payments received within 10 days of the invoice date).
